Rusty Morse literally grew up in his family’s Southern California towing company. From the age of 8, he learned at his father’s knee, assisting as he grew older with dramatic canyon off-road recoveries – some from 1100 feet below.  In 1989, he became a full time tow operator in his family business, which soon expanded into medium duty towing and ultimately into the heavies in 1996. When the company purchased its Century 1060 – 60-ton Rotator, Rusty advanced to it from his 5030 30-ton wrecker, becoming the lead driver and heavy duty specialist, and obtaining CTTA Certifications and Wreckmaster Level 6-7 certification with Air Bag training. Rusty also serviced school buses, motor homes, and coaches with a Landoll Trailer.

After his folks retired, Rusty took his considerable towing knowledge into the sales arena, joining Golden West Towing Equipment in 2006. He continues to give his customers the distinct advantage of his experience and know-how as they make their purchase decisions, and Rusty’s good direction is just a phone call away.
